Parking
Validated parking available in the Origin Garage (Levels 2–4). Bring your ticket to the front desk.
Cancellation & reschedule
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or move your appointment. Late cancellations may incur a fee so we can fairly compensate our therapists.
Before you reach out
Do I have to call to book?
No—you can request appointments online from our Services page. Calling or texting is just fastest for same‑day or last‑minute openings.
Can I request a specific therapist or room?
Yes. Choose your preferred therapist and room in the booking form. We’ll confirm what’s available when we reply.
Do you offer corporate or event sessions?
We provide onsite chair massage and custom wellness experiences for teams, launches, and retreats. Choose “Corporate / events” in the form and include your dates, headcount, and budget.
